Thanks to Tom B. and Henry P. for the tapes!

Great BBFCFM at this show. Trey teases the melody line of "Simple
Gifts" (traditional; Aaron Copland popularized it in Appalachian
Spring). Fish makes all sorts of remarks, and gets nerved by the
audience's continuous noise (loud, typically inconsiderate
cocktail-chatter Bay Area crowd).

Tweezer begins immediately upon Fluffhead's ending. Slightly more
upbeat (fast) opening segment than most old versions. Jam segment
begins at 4:20.

Trey leads the jam segment between 5-6 mins with some catchy,
straightforward rock N roll licks. Good punchy jam, though, with
phaat Mike and strong accompaniment from the others as well. Around
7:45 Trey begins teasing Dave's Energy Guide, and continues to tease
it for around ten seconds. The jam is unusually fired up
for an early Tweezer, but -- in light of versions of the last few
years -- isn't at all impressive. The Note comes at 8:35, and the
dying out of the theme (the typical ending for early versions)
begins. Then there's a return the theme for a few measures (the
traditional ending). Total time 10 minutes. Rating? 4.5

I can't take any requests for this show at this time, so please do not
ask for it until I make an offer.
